You have up to 90 days from the receipt of the goods to request a return. Please ensure that the items are in a sellable condition and packed in their original, unmarked packaging.

Upon issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), kindly ensure the goods arrive at the MasonWays location indicated on the RMA within 30 days. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will promptly notify you via email along with a credit memo. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit memo.

Please note, custom orders may deviate from this policy. MasonWays will further evaluate at the time of the return request.
